That perfect something

I’m sure we all have pretty, cute, beautiful, cozy, comfy clothing items in our wardrobe, but we also have that perfect something! That something better than everything we have, that something that has all the factors to reach our ideal something. Well, for me that perfect something is my new and last acquisition for this year, aka a burgundy velvet coat. It has everything I need. Velvet it’s my newest obsession when it’s about fashion/clothing/shopping. Burgundy it’s a color that fits perfectly a brunette with milky white skin like me and sometimes green, sometimes brown eyes. And the trapeze shape gives me that je ne suis quoi look of long gone times. The thing that I love is that I can style it so easily in so many ways. It’s gorgeous and easy going! Winning!!

Here I chose to match my perfect something with over the knee black suede boots that I found at Zara one year ago. Underneath I put a black slip dress with lace details. Another favorite item from my closet is this black vintage beauty, crocodile imprint and golden chain that I found in mercatino del antiquariato aka antiquities market in Milan. I’m the type of person who rarely wears accessories, but here I felt the need to put my Casio watch ( my first watch ever, that I bought some years ago ) and a golden bracelet. When I see something that I really like, I buy it, even if I don’t know when or where I will wear it. That happened with these two beauties.
